William Myers Obituary

LINCOLN

  William Warner Myers, 85, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 in Beloit, KS. He was born February 20, 1938 in Kanopolis, KS to John and Julia (Spies) Myers. William served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a longtime resident of Lincoln, KS where he was a heavy equipment operator for the Kansas Department of Transportation and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. He married Patsy Sue Ryan in Lincoln, KS on December 23, 1961.

  William is survived by his son Patrick Myers (Donna) of Lawrence, KS; son Paul Myers of Topeka, KS; daughter Tammy Wallace (Max) of Barnard, KS; son John Myers of Salina, KS; son Robert Myers of Salina; grandchildren, Julia Myers, Chelsea Wallace, Paige Cranston (Chance), Tanner Wallace, Lacy Myers, and Andrew Gold; great grandchildren, Mya and Mason Wallace, Harrison Payne, and Codee, Caylee, and Cooper Cranston; and brother John Myers of Chandler, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patsy; siblings, Pearl Myers, Dollie Sixta, Donnie Myers, Robert Myers, Alice Mae Neuman, and Betty Myers.

  Visitation: 9:00 a.m. – noon, Friday, May 5, 2023 at Parsons Funeral Home – Hall Chapel, Lincoln.

  Funeral Mass: 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Lincoln.
