Terry Lee Strait, Sr. died Wednesday, November 24th in Lincoln, KS. He was born to Rex Strait, Sr. and Dorothy (Largent) Strait May 20, 1945, in Concordia, KS. He most recently was employed at Lincoln Grocery as a meat cutter. He leaves behind: his mother; sons Harold Lynn Strait of Florida and Terry Lee Strait, Jr. of San Diego, CA; daughter Leanna Strait of Salina, KS; brothers Robert and wife, Geralyn, of Lebo, KS, Dennis and wife, Susan, of Olathe, KS, Michael and wife, LaDonna, of Dickenson, TX, William of Concordia, KS, Bruce and wife, Bonnie, of Jamestown, KS; sisters Carolyn Altepeter and husband, Alan, of Brazil, IN, Kathy Drury of Concordia, KS, Heidi Byer and husband, Michael, of Concordia, KS; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Rex Strait, Jr. A celebration of Terry's life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 2, 2010, at the Lincoln VFW.
