Shirley Marie Wade was born February 14, 1928, in Luling, TX and passed away August 16, 2010 In Lincoln, KS. She was 82. A retired bookkeeper, Shirley is survived by her husband, Dewey Stafford Wade; son, Richard Wade and wife, Megan, of Huntington Beach, CA; daughters, Debbie Carter of Los Angeles, CA and Dawn Marie Wade of Virginia; and two grandchildren. Preceding Shirley in death were her parents, Murry Neil Stanwood and Martha Katherine (Dietert) Stanwood; and brother, Neil Stanwood. Visitation will be held at Hall Chapel Friday, August 20, 2010, from 1:00 to 7:00, with the rosary at 7:00. The service will be Saturday, August 21, 2010, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Lincoln, KS. Interment in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Society-Ellsworth in care of Hall Funeral Home. »
