From: Lake Havasu City AZ Richard Dean Wiesner, 79, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, died Saturday, June 25, 2016, in Lake Havasu City. He was born October 1, 1936, in Russell, Kansas, to Richard Franklin and Ola Elizabeth (Powell) Wiesner. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sylvia Joann Kisley. Left to celebrate his life include: daughter Doris June (Gary) German, of Yucaipa, CA; brothers, Billy Jack (Dorris), of Wichita, and Donald (Peggy) of Houston, TX; brother-in-law, Thomas Kisley, of Wichita; grandsons, Joshua James (Kaitlyn) and Matthew John (Cori Lynn) German and two great-grandchildren, Addyson Rose and Jaelyn Joy German. Visitation: 1-7:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at Hall Chapel. Family present 5-7:00 P.M Funeral: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at Hall Chapel, with interment following in Beverly City Cemetery.
