She was born July 29, 1926, in Lawrence, KS, to Thomas and Eva Marie (Brock) Spence. She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Anthony Wayne Cheney, and sister, Virginia Dobson. Left to celebrate her life include: son, Larry (Karen) Cheney, Republic, KS; daughters, Linda Streit, Tipton, KS, Nancy (Bob) Wiles, Hunter, KS, Diana Thummel, Overland Park, KS; sister, Bernice Magouirk, Cimmaron, KS; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Visitation: Family will greet friends 3:00-5:00 P.M. Sunday, January 14, at Hall Chapel. Service: 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 15, at Hall Chapel, with interment following in Spillman Cemetery.
