She was born January 25, 1917, in rural Lincoln County Kansas, to Glen Dillon and Versa (Farr) Pistole. Left to celebrate her life include daughter, Marilyn Jensen and son-in-law, Gerald Jensen, of O'Fallon, MO, 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Carl Allen Tanner. Visitation: 1-7:00 P.M. Friday, May 31, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln, KS, with family receiving friends 5-7:00 P.M. Service: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 1, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln, KS, with interment following in Lincoln City Cemetery.
