BARNARD
Letha D. Keeler, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in Lincoln, KS. She was born October 17, 1946 in Minneapolis, KS to Robert and Ada (Altman) Harris.
Letha was a longtime resident of Lincoln County. She married John D. Keeler in Wells, KS on August 20, 1967. She was a farmwife and homemaker, raising two children and helping her husband with farm work which was both her hobby and passion.
Letha is survived by her son, Jay Keeler of Russell, KS; daughter, Sara Msemembo-Keeler (Tumaini Msemembo) of Lenexa, KS; grandchildren, Olivia Keeler (Zachary Newacheck), Michael Msemembo, and Matthew Msemembo; sisters, Janet Krizan of Abilene, KS, Carla Rindt (Robert) of Salina, KS, and Verla Doering (Gene) of Minneapolis; brother, Marvin Harris of Minneapolis; sister-in-law, Carla Harris of Minneapolis; brother-in-law, Ron Bliss of Maize, KS; many nieces and nephews; and special family friends, Rob and Kellie Obermueller and their children Riley and Kaylee. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; brother, Leroy Harris; and daughter-in-law, Mary Keeler.
Visitation: 1-7 p.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Hall Chapel in Lincoln with family present 5-7 p.m.
Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Hall Chapel with burial following in Union Valley Cemetery, rural Lincoln.
