Leland Henry Emken, 76, of Lincoln, KS, died Thursday, April 5, 2018, in Salina. He was born November 25, 1941, in Stromsburg, NE, to Arthur and Vivian (Bryant) Emken. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Duane Emken, and sister, Leila Emken. Left to celebrate his life include: wife, Rose (Greer) Emken, of the home; sons, William Evans, of Ellsworth, Kevin Evans, of Wild Horse, CO, and Jeffrey (Sherry) Emken, of Colorado Springs, CO; brother, Harry Emken, of Lincoln, NE; sister, Doris Heineke, of Lincoln, NE; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will take place at a later date, with inurnment in Arborville Cemetery in Polk, NE. »
