Justin Ahring Obituary

From: Lincoln KS
Justin Michael Ahring, 49, of Lincoln, KS, died Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in Salina. He was born March 31, 1968, in Meade, KS, to John Ahring and Joyce (Stone) Wacker. Left to celebrate his life include: mother and step-father, Joyce and Delbert Wacker, of Lincoln; father and step-mother, John and Deb Ahring, of Colbran, CO; brothers, John (Vaniel) Ahring, of Gypsum, CO, Jeff (Amy) Ahring, of Lincoln, and Tony Wacker, of Lincoln. Justin Ahring arrived on March 31, 1968, in Meade, Kansas to John and Joyce Ahring. He loved the outdoors. Could always find him outside digging in the dirt with his toy tractors or riding his dirt bike when he was a little older. Even managed to wreck the bike and received a broken collar bone. Loved spending time with his Grandpa Stone as they would go camping and fishing together. He also loved to hunt, usually for doves, but an occasional deer also, even had his first deer head mounted. Justin liked to cook. Was always looking through cookbooks and trying new recipes. Would try a recipe, but would usually add a dash of this or that and sometimes even add something that wouldnt be in the recipe. Maybe a dash of hot sauce or some kind of spice. He went to several concerts - some outside - loved his loud music. I even heard that he got pretty wild at them. Of course Mom wasnt to know that. He loved his dog, Duke. You could find Duke sitting in the passenger seat wherever they went. It broke Justins heart when he had Duke put to sleep October 14, 2016. Justin lived in several different places - Colorado, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina and of course Kansas.
