He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Martin Jensen; sister, Bonnie Jensen. Left to celebrate his life include: his wife, Ayako (Betty) Jensen of Lincoln; sons, David (Marilyn) Jensen of Hays, Jerry Jensen of Lincoln; daughters, Rose Gourley of Lincoln, Susan Turpin of Scott City, KS; brothers, Emil (Gladys) Jensen of Sutter, CA, Merlegene Jensen of Ellsworth; sisters, Wanda McHale of Lincoln, Evalee Lingenfelter (special friend Richard Weaver) of Marion Center, PA, LaVon (Allen) Bingham of Sutter, CA; sister-in-law, Helen Walker of Lincoln; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation is 1-7:00 P.M. Friday, March 6, 2015, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln. Funeral service at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Hall Chapel, with inurnment in Lincoln City Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to City of Lincoln Center for baseball field repair and maintainence.
