Jo Ann McClary, 88, of Barnard, KS, died February 22, 2013, in the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis, KS. Jo Ann was born in Claremore, OK, on November 25, 1924, to Delmer and Daisey (Robertson) Whittenberg. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William Whittenberg. She is survived by: her husband, Buck McClary, of Barnard, KS; daughters Teresa (Randy) Stevens, of Woodland, CA, and Susan (Gary) Reinert, of Lincoln, KS; son, Michael (Diane) McClary, of Hesston, KS; and nine grandchildren. Her family and friends celebrate her life and homegoing. Cremation has been selected. A memorial service will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Barnard, KS. Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross, in care of Hall Funeral Home, 111 E. Elm, Lincoln, KS 67455.
