Hazel May Broberg, 93, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, January, 26, 2011. She was born to Clarence and Elsie (Hall) Broberg in rural Lincoln on November 20, 1917, and was a life-long resident. During her career as a teacher, she taught at several grade schools in Lincoln County. Surviving her are: sister, Eileen Broberg, of Lincoln, KS; two nieces, Linda McBride of Jeferson, SD, and Joyce Shambaugh of Longmont, CO; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by: her brother, Eldon; two sisters, Thelma Broberg and Faye Shambaugh. Visitation - Friday, January 28, 2011, from 1:00-6:00 P.M. at Hall Chapel. Family will receive friends 5:00-6:00 P.M. Service - Graveside service at 2:00 P.M. at Lincoln City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lincoln Park Manor or Lincoln County Hospital. »
