Harold E. (Butch) Sage Died May 29, 2014. He was born May 1, 1944 in McPherson Kansas. To Curtis & Maxine McKnight Sage. He married Pat (Patty) Snyder on March 18, 1972 in Hunter, Kansas. They had 2 children Daughter Jennifer (Tim) Stephens of Westmoreland, Kansas and son Brian Sage of Onaga, Kansas. 4 Grandchildren Nikki, John, Colby & Jacob and 1 Great Grandson Colt. He had 6 brothers LeVerne, Gerald, Doug, Johnny, Gary, Rick and 7 sisters Barbara, Lula, Sandy, Sherleen , Sharon, Brenda, Rhonda and many nieces & nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father, mother, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Butch was a very loving husband and father, and loyal individual to everyone. He worked at the Cary Salt Co. in Hutchinson, Kansas as night foreman, explosive expert, and had his own masonry company before moving to Lakewood, Colorado. There he worked for the Jefferson County school system and retired in the late 90's. Grave side service will be in Lincoln, Kansas at the Lincoln Cemetery Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 2:00pm.
