Francis T. Strutt, 72, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in Salina. He was born July 16, 1947 in Osborne County to Theodore and Sarah (Cadoret) Strutt. Francis, known by many as "Strutt", worked many years as a machinist for Philips Lighting in Salina and part-time at the Lincoln County Recycling Center. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and was a member of the American Legion and VFW Auxiliary. Strutt married Bonnie Garst on April 21, 1995 in Lincoln. She survives him. He is also survived by his daughters, Tammy Stegall (Jerry), Sandra Martin (Ralph), Vicki Majors, and Penny Kumpe (David); many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Dean Strutt (Clara) and Joe Strutt (Ada); and sisters, Gertrude Morgan (Howard) and Judy Butler (Tom). He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Bernice Strutt. Visitation: 9:30-11:30 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Parsons Funeral Home - Hall Chapel, Lincoln.
