LINCOLN
Delma (Feldkamp) Long, 90, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Oakview in Minneapolis, KS. She was born July 5, 1932 in Lincoln, KS to Barney and Ella (Liepitz) Feldkamp. Delma graduated from Vesper High School in the class of 1950. She married Bill Long in Vesper, KS on Easter Sunday, April 21, 1957. Residing for many years in Lincoln, Bill and Delma had two daughters, Kathy and Terrie. Over the years, Delma was a sales clerk at Duckwalls and worked at Saline Valley Bank, Evans Grain in Salina, and Crispin Pharmacy in Lincoln.
Left to mourn Delma’s passing: her daughter, Terrie Hickman (Bryan) of Minneapolis; grandchildren, Garrett Hickman (Michelle), AJ Hickman (Starla), Levi Hickman (Courtney), Anna Hayworth (Jason), and Willie Huehl; brother-in-law Bill Huehl of Lincoln; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband William “Bill” Long; and daughter Kathy Huehl.
The funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Hall Chapel in Lincoln, KS with burial following at Lincoln Cemetery.
