Darrel Dean Johnson, 71, of Lincoln, KS, died Wednesday, August 22, 2012 in Lincoln. He was born April 23, 1941, in Minneapolis, KS, to Durel Austin and Erma Lendora (Maitlen) Johnson. Left to celebrate his life are: his mother; wife Barbara (Shoemaker) Johnson; sons Danny of Salina, KS, Donny (Suzanne) of Clearwater, KS, and Darren (Amanda) of August, KS; daughters Connie Rawson of Marquette, KS, Rosanna (Michael) Nelson of Lincoln, KS, and Patrisha (Duane) Street of Lincoln, KS; brothers Gary Lee (Pam) Johnson of Salina, KS and Ronnie (Julie) of Delphos, KS; 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and granddaughter Sophie Kaylynn Rawson. Visitation - 1:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, August 24, 2012, at Hall Chapel, with family present 5:00-7:00 P.M. Service - 10:30 Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Lincoln United Methodist Church, with interment following in Lincoln City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Wesleyan Church of Lincoln.
