Danny Dean Johnson, 56, of Salina, KS, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019, in Salina. He was born November 5, 1962, in Salina, to Darrel Dean and Charlene Kay (Dority) Johnson. He was raised in Delphos, Concordia, and Lincoln. Danny had a passion for drawing pictures, painting, and making crafts. He also read his Bible for strength and peace. He is survived by: stepmother, Barbara Johnson (partner Kevin Wulf), of Lincoln; stepfather, Steve (Jan) Snavely, of Concordia; siblings, Donny (Suzanne) Johnson, of Clearwater, Ambrea (Jim) Chartier, of Concordia, Connie Rawson, of Marquette, Patrisha Street (fiancé Jeff Everett), of Marquette, Darren (Amanda) Johnson, of Lincoln, Rosanna (Michael) Nelson, of Lincoln; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Charlene and Darrel, and his grandparents, Durel and Erma, who he was very close to in growing up. Visitation: 1-7:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln, with family receiving friends 5-7:00 P.M. Service: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln, with inurnment in Lincoln City Cemetery following the service.
