From: Salina KS Dale Allen Tuttle, age 54, passed away June 5, 2010, at his home in Salina, KS. He was born January 11, 1956, in Lincoln, KS, the son of Wey and Charlene (Thomas) Tuttle of Lucas, KS. He attended grade school at Hunter, KS, and graduated from Sylvan Unified High School in 1974. Dale continued his education at North Central Kansas Technical College in Beloit, KS, and also at Salina Area Technical School. His first interest was auto mechanics and he later became a machinist. Dale was employed at Hutch-Royal Industries in Lincoln, KS, for eight years, Sunflower Manufacturing in Beloit, and had worked at Great Plains Manufacturing in Salina for twenty years, where he was employed at the time of his death. He enjoyed coming home to spend time with his parents and helping with wheat harvest. Dale liked his computer and spent many hours in contact with family and friends. Dale was baptized at an early age and was a lifetime member of the Grace Chapel United Methodist Church in Hunter, KS. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Roscoe (Rossie) Thomas and Bertha and Sidney Tuttle. Dale is survived by his parents, Charlene and Wey Tuttle, one sister, Camie Ingelin and husband Mark, and nephew Tim Ingelin, all of Independence, KY. The service will be Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Hunter Grace Chapel United Methodist Church, Hunter, KS, at 10:30 A.M. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 until service.
