Dale Ahlvers, 74, of Lincoln, KS, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019, in Lincoln. He was born May 14, 1944, in Boulder, CO, to Johnnie Dale and Margie Lee (Reischick) Ahlvers. Dale is a retired USMC 1st Sergeant. Left to celebrate his life include: his mother; wife, Judith Elaine (Bates) Ahlvers, of the home; daughters, Judith Leann (John) McKinzey, of McPherson and Lena Roseann (Mark) Brummer, of Lincoln; five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Dennis Lee Ahlvers, and two grandchildren. Service: 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 16, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Glen Elder, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Honor Flights.
