Anna Vee Oetting, 79, formerly of Lincoln, KS, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019, in Abilene, KS. She was born November 19, 1939, in Chase, KS, to George E. And Georgia M. (Moore) Bird. Left to celebrate her life include: sons, Alan Bowley (Tina), of Abilene, KS, and Don Bowley (Paula), of Napoleon, Ohio; daughters, Audrey Watts (Kavin), of Abilene, KS, and Linda Showalter, of Abilene, KS; brother, Bill Bird, of Abilene, KS; daughter-in-law, Jodi Wolf; 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Elton F. Oetting; son, Leslie Bowley; brothers, Almon and Leonard Bird; and sisters, Norma Bird and Rosemarie Bryant. Visitation: 1-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 8, at Hall Chapel, Lincoln, with family receiving friends 5-7:00 P.M. Service: 10:30 A.M. Thursday, May 9, at Hall Chapel Lincoln, with interment following in Lincoln City Cemetery.
